My room smelled like old people though I still enjoyed everything. Some recommendations, the pool needs stay open till at least 8 along with the bars. Not everyone wants to be in the sun and or get sun burned. Kids enjoy it the most with no sun ie at night. The staff were helpful and nice but didn't clean early enough. The buffet needs to be better. Don't serve the same things every day. It gets old especially if your here for over a week. I know it's DR but be creative, cook arroz con gandulez PR style con sofrito de PR. For the foam party, have several foam machines like 3. I barely had foam. It was consolidated to just one spot and it seemed too congested. Some of us have been in the military and are conscious of our surroundings, meaning we pay too much attention to everything around us that could cause anxiety. Too many people in one spot will make us think something bad is about to happen. Too many soldiers have/had PTSD! Also, I know the resort is all inclusive but I shouldn't have to ask the bartender to make my drink heavier when it gets watered down by the heat and ice. We spend a lot of money coming here, the drinks should definitely be better! I drank juice for days vs alcohol. I came here to have a good time but I drank juice. Overall it was great because I spent time with my family, but it could have been better.

This was our 3rd year going to Majestic Elegance and each year we always say we are going back. All of the staff is fantastic! Our butler Dario is AWESOME! Food is always good. Definitely try the Hibachi, Italian and the French restaurants. Club side is always a good decision, if not traveling with kids. For the golfers, the Punta Blanca golf course is in really good condition and the staff there is extremely nice and helpful. Definitely worth checking this resort out!

The staff was great. You take care of the staff with a tip and they will go above and beyond to take care of you during your stay. Everything was enjoyable from the restaurants to the gym to the beach to the shows.
